2004 - I ran a Saturday farmers’ market stall and I thought my fresh and high quality fast food could work as a weekday business. 2006 - We opened a tiny kiosk in the City of London, cycling the food down every day from a pub kitchen in Shoreditch. 2008 - We built a new kitchen and larger restaurant space on Houndsditch and since then we have learned a huge amount about turning a couple of guys and a grill into a real working business. Our lease in the city of London has now come to an end and we are currently looking for a new site.  Thank you all for your custom and support over the last 4 years.
